Chair Tai Chi
For those people who cannot do the standing tai chi, there is seated tai chi. Accomodations can be made so that you can still benefit from Tai Chi. I encourage every person who has the use of their feet to move themselves forward to the edge of their chair so that they can perform the footwork. This also allows the student to move more freely and more fully express themselves with their arms. Also, you can perform the tailbone tuck that engages and develop your core. Sitting Tai Chi would be ideal for office workers.
